All Claymore Crossfit classes are run by qualified coaches who aim to develop your key Crossfit skills.
All Claymore Crossfit classes embrace the philosophy of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. We will work with you to improve the skills required including running, jumping, throwing, squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling and climbing with mechanical efficiency.
Within each class we will use a mixture of gymnastics, strength training and conditioning. Some of our workouts are longer than others, and some will contain more or less elements.
