Well done to our 7 new L1 British Weight Lifting Assistant Coaches who completed their L1 Award in Coaching Weightlifting at the Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility this weekend.

It’s great to see the improvements over the weekend of each and everyone who attended, in both their coaching of the lifter and their own lifts.

With reflective practice integral to the course each of our new assistant coaches walked away with positive and constructive feedback to help them with development of their coaching and lifting.

And we always appreciate great feedback from our newly qualified coaches.
